First Asset Yield Opportunity Trust Announces Warrants Offering
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 8, 2010) - First Asset Yield Opportunity Trust (TSX:FAY.UN) announces that it has filed a preliminary short form prospectus relating to an offering of warrants to Series A unitholders of the Fund. Each Series A unitholder of record on the Record Date will receive one warrant for each Series A unit held. The Record Date will be set upon filing of the final prospectus. Two warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one Series A unit upon payment of the subscription price, which is determined as the lesser of: (i) $16.66 (being the most recently published net asset value per Series A unit prior to the date of the preliminary prospectus) and (ii) the most recently published net asset value per Series A unit prior to the date of the final prospectus.
