BOLOGNA, ITALY--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2010) - Grammy Award winner and global opera star Mark S. Doss is welcoming in the New Year with a run of successive European engagements. He is confirmed for an exciting line-up of leading roles in several globally celebrated productions.
Currently, Mr. Doss is staring as Jochanaan in a Teatro Comunale di Bologna production of Salome, in Bologna, Italy, with shows running through late January. Mr. Doss is pleased to be working in Bologna under renowned conductor Nicola Luisotti, who was appointed music director of the San Francisco Opera effective at the start of the 2009-10 season.
