Nigerian native Dr. Julius Okuboye, on retiring as a physician, decided to turn his former Clearwater medical office into a center where residents could learn about African Culture. On 30 June 2024, Dr. Okuboye and friends from the Masons, Church of Scientology, several community groups, and families gathered at the center to celebrate Juneteenth, its African roots and live Dr. Okuboye's dream.
