Hotel B, the first arts-boutique hotel in Lima opening early 2013, will feature 17 suites, a private spa and a signature restaurant by Oscar Velarde. The hotel is an abandoned mansion in the bohemian seaside neighborhood of Barranco and is being restored to reflect its colonial heritage of the 1920s.
