Angelus Plaza's Senior Activity Center's 7th annual fundraiser, Angelus Plaza City View, will honor Sean L. Spear, Executive Director of the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee on Thursday, November 15th at 5:30 p.m., for his countless contributions to community development and the financing of affordable housing.
