The founder of QuickandFit.com, Ayla Skye, uses the extra cash that she saves each month to travel and learn about healthy eating. This research prompted Skye to write, and publish a book about slimming your waistline while fattening your wallet entitled The Eat From Home Diet: How to Get a Slim Body and Fat Wallet.
