The appointment of Charles Dargan as CFO of Blusetone America was announced today. Mr. Dargan will head up management of all financial structures including accounting, finance, investment planning, mergers and acquisitions and structured debt instrument planning. Mr. Dargan brings a wealth of banking experience, most notably as banking director of Seidler Companies Inc.
