Outside Counsel Solutions announces the expansion of its corporate practice with the hire of a new corporate lawyer, Jan S. Wimpfheimer. Jan was most recently a partner at Herzog, Fox & Neeman and will serve as Co-Managing Partner of the firm, along with Dov Schwell.
