Present Value Properties, Inc. has negotiated a 10-year, 24,160-square-foot lease for HomeGoods at the Sher Lane Shops in Huntington Beach, Calif. HomeGoods, which is expected to open in spring 2013, will occupy the former Office Depot space at 7742 Edinger Avenue.
