The Muller Company recently announced that Biltmore Commerce Center in Phoenix, Ariz., Main Street Town Center in Santa Ana, Calif., and Westwood Medical Plaza in Los Angeles, Calif., have each received the Outstanding Building of the YearŽ (TOBY) Award by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
