MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 18, 2012) - 4381874 Canada Inc., Société en commandite BENT and BCR Management Inc. (collectively, the "Securityholders") announce that they have acquired the ownership of or direction or control over Class A Shares representing respectively 45.55%, 18.37% and 14.20% of the outstanding Class A Shares of Global SeaFarms Corporation (formerly, FRV Media Inc.) ("GSC") in connection with the reverse takeover of GSC by the shareholders of Global SeaFarms Group Inc. completed on May 17, 2012. The Class A Shares are subject to an escrow period in accordance with the applicable securities legislation.
