VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - December 14, 2015) -
Aida issued 18,117,698 common shares. 14,403,698 shares were issued pursuant to the plan of arrangement, which was approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on January 7, 2014. 1,100,000 shares were issued regarding the Toro Mineral Property option. 424,000 shares were issued pursuant to a private placement at a price of $0.05 per share and 2,190,000 shares were issued pursuant to a private placement at $0.10 per share. A further private placement subscription of US$250,000 or approx. CDN$343,325 based on current exchange rates, at a price of CDN$.25 per share, has been received and expected to close coincident with application for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange. That placement will be announced on closing and result in issuance of approximately 1,373,300 shares.
