The composite index stood at 260.01 at the close of the month, which represents an increase of 4.67 points, or 1.83 percent, when compared to May 2016. The AGEM Index reported a year-over-year increase for the eighth consecutive month, rising 67.7 points, or 35.2 percent, when compared to June 2015.
