AXEA Closes First Tranche of Equity Financing
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 28, 2010) - AXEA Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:XEA.P) ("Axea" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has, subject to regulatory approval, closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement announced on February 17, 2010 and amended on March 22, 2010 consisting of 1,000,000 units, at a subscription price of 25 cents per unit, and for gross proceeds of $250,000.
