VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 8, 2015) - AYDON INCOME PROPERTIES, INC. ("Aydon" or the "Company") (CSE:AYD), is pleased to announce that it will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,857,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.07 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$200,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for two years by the holder to acquire one additional common share of Aydon at a price of $0.12 during the first year and $0.15 during the second year after the date of closing.
