CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Nov. 6, 2014) - C.D.R. Development Inc. ("CDR") announced today that between October 22, 2014 and November 5, 2014 it acquired an additional 283,500 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital Gulf & Pacific Equity Corp. ("Gulf") which increased their aggregate holdings of Gulf to 2,906,871 Common Shares, representing approximately 31.98% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
