(OTC Pink: CGRA) (the "Company") is pleased announce that it is diversifying its holdings to include Oil and Gas Leases as previously announced earlier in the year. The Company has engaged an experienced group of professionals to head the Oil and Gas Division that will primarily focus on lease opportunities in North Central Texas, Northern Louisiana and Wyoming. Currently the Company is completing the due diligence on three (3) lease opportunities and expects to have the acquisitions completed in the near future.
