WAUKESHA, WI--(Marketwired - October 30, 2015) - Bank holding company CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. (OTCQB: CIBH) announced today that it has accepted a notice of retirement from Mr. John P. Hickey, Jr. as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Boards of CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, CIBM Bank, effective October 31, 2015. Mr. Hickey has agreed to remain a member of the Boards of Directors of both entities.
