Coastal Banking Company Reports First Quarter 2014 Earnings
BEAUFORT, SC--(Marketwired - May 19, 2014) - Coastal Banking Company Inc. (OTCQB: CBCO), the holding company of CBC National Bank, which operates branches in Beaufort and Port Royal, S.C., and Fernandina Beach, Fla., today reported net income of $201,000, or earnings per diluted common share of $0.01, for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. This represents a $1.7 million improvement from the net loss of $1.5 million, or a loss of $0.63 per diluted common share, in the final quarter of 2013.
