Comstock Mining Prices $3,500,000 Public Offering of Common Stock
VIRGINIA CITY, NV--(Marketwired - March 29, 2016) - Comstock Mining Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE MKT: LODE), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $0.35 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering are expected to be approximately $3,500,000 before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on March 31, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
