TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 24, 2016) - BIOSENTA Inc., has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post consolidation share for each fifteen (15) pre consolidation common shares. No fractional shares will be issued. If the Share Consolidation will result in a shareholder holding a fractional post-consolidation Common Share, the number of shares to be issued to such shareholder shall be rounded up to the next higher whole number if the fraction is 0.5 or greater, and rounded down to the next lower whole number if the fraction is less than 0.5.
