Damon Terminates CAP Property Transaction
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 2, 2014) - Damon Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DAM.H) announces that the Company has elected not to proceed with its proposed property option agreement with Arctic Star Exploration Corp. with respect to the CAP Property, as previously announced on November 5, 2013 and January 28, 2014.
The Company will continue to identify and pursue other strategic opportunities with a view to further enhancing value to our shareholders.
