Dundee Corporation Acquires Further Interest in Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 15, 2013) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) ("Dundee") announces that it has acquired in a private placement, 62,346,000 units ("Units") of Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation ("Eagle Hill") at a price of $0.075 per Unit. Each unit consists of one common share ("Share") in the capital of Eagle Hill and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.10 per Share at any time within 48 months.
