TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 28, 2014) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) ("Dundee") announces that it has acquired, directly and indirectly, 381,033 units ("Units") of Goodman Gold Trust (the "Trust"). The Units were acquired pursuant to the Trust's distribution of $0.80 per unit whereby Dundee elected to receive Units under the Trust's distribution reinvestment plan.
