As part of this winding down, Fernbank has made an in-kind distribution of many of the common shares of CRH Medical Corporation ("CRH") previously held by Fernbank to the members of Fernbank. Fernbank continues to own some common shares of CRH, but it is less than 10% of the issued and outstanding shares of CRH.
