Energy Income Fund Files Preliminary Prospectus
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 30, 2013) - Energy Income Fund (TSX:ENI.UN) (the "Fund") announces that it has filed a preliminary short form prospectus for an offering of transferable warrants (each, a "Warrant") to unitholders of the Fund (the "Offering"). Subject to the Fund obtaining necessary regulatory and Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") approvals, unitholders will receive one Warrant for each unit of the Fund (each, a "Unit") held on the record date, which will be determined upon the filing of the final prospectus.
