(2176423)) 18,148,500 common shares (shares) and 9,333,334 common share purchase warrants (warrants) of Kerr Mines Inc., representing approximately 14.1% of the outstanding shares of Kerr Mines on a non-diluted basis and approximately 19.9% on a partially diluted basis assuming exercise of the warrants.
