STROUDSBURG, PA--(Marketwired - Sep 3, 2015) - ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESSA), the holding company for ESSA Bank & Trust, a $1.6 billion asset institution providing full service retail and commercial banking, financial and investment services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2015, payable on September 30, 2015.
