European Strategic Balanced Fund Announces Normal Course Issuer Bid
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 12, 2015) - European Strategic Balanced Fund (TSX:EBF.UN) (the "Fund") has filed a Notice of Intention to make a normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 311,190 units representing approximately 10% of the Fund's public float of 3,111,900 units as of March 10, 2015. The Fund may purchase up to 69,000 units in any 30-day period which is 2% of the 3,450,000 units issued and outstanding as at March 10, 2015.
