Fronsac REIT Announces Two Acquisitions
MONTREAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - July 26, 2016) - Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust ("Fronsac REIT" or "Fronsac") (TSX VENTURE:GAZ.UN) is pleased to announce the acquisition of two (2) real estate investment properties located in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. One of the properties is a freestanding Mike's restaurant located in the heart of the Trois-Rivières commercial retail sector on Boulevard Des Forges. The second property is strategically located right off the Rue Des Prairies exit of the Highway 40 and is operated as a service station under the Eko fuel banner as well as a Subway Restaurant. Total consideration to be paid for these properties will be $1,025,000 and $3,225,000 respectively and settled in cash. The properties will generate in aggregate approximately $290,000 in net operating income on an annual basis.
