Garda World Security Corporation Announces Extension of Expiration Time for its Cash Tender Offer for its Outstanding Senior Notes due 2021
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 18, 2017) - Garda World Security Corporation (the "Company" or "GardaWorld") announced today that it has extended the Expiration Time (as defined in the Company's Offer to Purchase, dated April 17, 2017 (the "Statement")) of the Company's pending cash tender offer (the "Offer") for any and all of its outstanding U.S. dollar denominated 7.25% Senior Notes due 2021 (the "Notes") from 8:00 a.m., New York City time, on May 19, 2017 to 8:00 a.m., New York City time, on May 26, 2017 (such time and date, as it may be extended or earlier terminated, the "Expiration Time").
