("GTA") (TSX VENTURE:GTA.P), a capital pool company, has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to complete its proposed qualifying transaction previously announced on April 16, 2010 (the "Transaction"). The Exchange has granted an extension until the close of business on June 23, 2010 for GTA to complete its qualifying transaction in a complete and satisfactory manner for the Exchange to issue the Final Exchange Bulletin.
