Hansa.net Announces Working Capital Loan
ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES--(Marketwire - March 5, 2013) - Hansa.net Global Commerce, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HAN.H) ("Hansa") announces that it has received an unsecured, non-convertible loan in the amount of CDN$75,000 (the "Loan") from a director of Hansa which will be expended for general working capital purposes. The Loan is for a one year term and bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum, calculated, compounded and paid annually. NEX approval has been received for the Loan.
