Allied Capital & Development of South Florida and Moss Construction Management are building more than Jupiter's Downtown. The team that is developing Harbourside Place has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County to finish the last two homes of Kennedy Estates II, a 19-home development located on the south side of Jupiter Gardens Boulevard. Together, the three entities will host a Blitz Build, raising the two homes in 10 days. The build will begin Monday, May 12, 2014.
