Humboldt Capital Corporation Increases Interest in Paris Energy Inc.
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2011) - Humboldt Capital Corporation ("Humboldt") (TSX VENTURE:HMB) advises that on June 14, 2011, Lamond Investments Ltd. ("Investments") and Humboldt each acquired 1,334,000 Common Shares pursuant to a Private Placement offering of common shares by Paris Energy Inc. ("Paris"). Robert W. Lamond ("Lamond") owns 100% of Investments and 70.6% of the outstanding shares of Humboldt. Following the Private Placement, Lamond and Humboldt collectively hold, directly and indirectly, an aggregate of 4,710,735 Common Shares, or an aggregate of 39% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, and a $330,000 principal amount convertible secured debenture due on October 7, 2011 (the "Debenture") which is convertible into 5.5 million additional Common Shares.
