LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 24, 2011) - Imperial Capital, LLC announced today the promotion of Nicole Fry to Managing Director within its investment banking group. Nicole is based in the firm's Los Angeles office, where she specializes in the Consumer sector, including coverage of restaurants and food and beverage companies. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Nicole was in the Middle Market Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities where she was involved in debt and equity underwriting, syndicated financing and mergers and acquisitions advisory services for the firm's middle market clients. Prior to Banc of America, Nicole managed the corporate development activities for Cooking.com, an online retailer of cooking-related products. Nicole has also worked in the Investment Banking Divisions at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Smith Barney Inc.
