This is according to Dr. Philip Gardner, director of the Collegiate Employment Research Institute at Michigan State University, in his annual Recruiting Trends survey of 2,500 employers. Dr. Gardner used his survey results as the basis for his article, "Job Outlook for the Class of 2010" to be published in the Second Semester Super Issue of THE BLACK COLLEGIAN Magazine.
