FAIRFIELD, NJ--(Marketwired - Feb 4, 2016) - Kearny Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: KRNY) (the "Company"), the holding company of Kearny Bank (the "Bank"), today reported net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 of $3.8 million, or $0.04 per basic and diluted share. The results represent an increase of $821,000 compared to net income of $3.0 million, or $0.03 per basic and diluted share, for the prior quarter ended September 30, 2015.
