KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 5 Acquires Trust Units of InnVest REIT
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 27, 2014) - KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 5 ("KS") announced today that it acquired 219,800 trust units ("Units") of InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT"), representing approximately 0.23% of the outstanding Units, at a price of $5.27 per Unit for an aggregate purchase price of $1,158,346. The Units were acquired pursuant to open market purchases through the facilities of the Pure Trading Exchange. After giving effect to the transaction, KS has control and direction over a total of 9,607,304 Units, representing approximately 10.23% of the outstanding Units. The Units were acquired in the ordinary course of business, for investment purposes only.
