Long Island Iced Tea Corp. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
HICKSVILLE, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 21, 2016) - Long Island Iced Tea Corp. (NASDAQ: LTEA) (the "Company"), a growth-oriented company focused on the ready-to-drink ("RTD") tea segment in the beverage industry, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 399,050 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. Network 1 Financial Securities Inc. and Dawson James Securities, Inc. are acting as the co-bookrunning managers for the offering. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on December 27, 2016.
