Low Volatility U.S. Equity Income Fund Announces Normal Course Issuer Bid
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 17, 2014) - Low Volatility U.S. Equity Income Fund (TSX:LVU.UN) (the "Fund") has filed a Notice of Intention to make a normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 128,829 Units representing approximately 10% of the Fund's public float of 1,288,297 Units as of September 30, 2014. The Fund may purchase up to 25,790 Units in any 30-day period which is 2% of the 1,289,533 Units issued and outstanding as at September 30, 2014.
