NatureBank Closes First Tranche of Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - December 21, 2015) - NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: COO) (FRANKFURT: 9EA) is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement for $361,575, consisting of both secured and unsecured convertible debentures (the "Debentures") of the Corporation (the "Debenture Offering"). On November 6, 2015 the Company announced its intention to raise up to $750,000 of convertible debentures.
