New Look Eyewear Inc. Announces Record Revenues for Both the Fourth Quarter and the Year Ended December 27th of 2014 and Its Quarterly Dividend

MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - March 16, 2015) - New Look Eyewear Inc. (TSX:BCI) ("New Look") announced today that revenues for the fourth quarter ended December 27, 2014 reached a record of $ $40.8 million, an increase of 59.4% over the corresponding period of last year. This increase was due to a comparable store(1) orders increase of 4.4%, additional revenues generated by 122 stores opened or acquired over the past 24 months including the acquisition of the assets and the business of Vogue Optical (65 stores) in December 2013 and the acquisition of the assets and business of the Greiche & Scaff banner (49 stores) last October. Adjusted EBITDA(2) for the fourth quarter was $7.5 million, compared to an adjusted EBITDA of $ $4.4 million last year, an increase of 69.4%.
