VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 15, 2016) - Oakham Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:OKM.H) ("Oakham" or the "Company") reports that the Company proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") of C$200,000 through the issuance of 4,000,000 common shares at price of C$0.05 per share.
