VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 18, 2014) - Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. (the "Acquiror") wishes to announce that on March 17th, 2014, it acquired, by way of a private placement, 280,000 units ("Units") of Tarsis Resources Ltd. (the "Company") at a price of $0.075 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one common share of the Company for a period of 36 months at an exercise price of $0.15 per share.
