(NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that it will pay a cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from October 31, 2012 through and including January 30, 2013 in the amount of $0.53125 per share. The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2013 to holders of record on January 2, 2013.
