HALIFAX, PA--(Marketwired - Nov 19, 2014) - Riverview Financial Corporation (OTCQX: RIVE) announced that on November 19, 2014 its Board of Directors declared the payment of a cash dividend of $0.1425 per share. Including this fourth quarter dividend, the total annual dividend paid in 2014 will amount to $0.55 per share, which is the same annual dividend paid in 2013. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on December 30, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of December 12, 2014.
