RMG Capital Corporation Reports Second Quarter Earnings for 2010
FULLERTON, CA--(Marketwire - August 16, 2010) - RMG Capital Corporation (OTCBB: RMGC), parent
company of Fullerton Community Bank ("FCB"), reported a net income of $153
thousand, or $0.05 per share, for the second quarter of 2010, compared to a
net loss of $690 thousand ($0.25 per share) in 2009. For the first six
months, RMG reported a net loss of $1.91 million, or $0.68 per share,
compared with a net loss of $698 thousand, or $0.27 per share, for the same
period in 2009.
