SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - Feb 9, 2012) - The Consumer Discretionary sector of the U.S broad-based Russell 3000® Index reflected a return of (+9.0%) year-to-date. Its counterpart within the Russell Japan Index reflected a (+8.4%) return through February 6.
