TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 27, 2013) - Sentry Investments Inc. ("Sentry" or the "Manager") is pleased to announce that the restructuring of Diversified Preferred Share Trust (the "Fund") was completed on May 24, 2013 (the "Effective Date"). As of the Effective Date, the Fund has been renamed "Sentry Global Balanced Income Fund" and will be administered as a National Instrument 81-102- Mutual Funds compliant open-end mutual fund. Existing Fund unitholders were converted to Series X units of the Fund.
